What happens during an Energy Therapy session?
    Each session begins with us talking to tune into the core issues to clear.  Next, you lie down on your back on a massage table.  I hold onto your ankles and run energy through my body into yours.  With my eyes closed I assist you in removing blockages on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.  I simultaneously talk you through a guided meditation to help you experience and visualize the releases. 
    We then initiate and implant messages for your subconscious to act upon when the session is over.  These can include starting a project, letting go of a habit that no longer serves you or assistance in finding a new relationship.  When it is appropriate, spiritual activation's occur.  Each session is personalized to your needs.  Each time we meet you will be able to go deeper into your own process.  Many clients find that they can achieve their goals in only one session.
